Lady Popular Update

This big update is set to transform the Lady Popular experience! We’ve removed some features that weren’t quite up to standard and introduced exciting new ways to interact and earn rewards.
We’ve made it easier for you to earn Emeralds and Dollars, and streamlined how you can use them. Now, Emeralds can be earned in the Fashion Arena and are used in Events, Limited Collections, and the new Boutique, which gives access to all past game collections. Dollars are earned through the new Beauty Pageant and can be spent in the Mall or to boost Popularity Statistics.
The user experience has seen significant improvements, with enhancements in the Mall, Wardrobe, Podiums, Rankings, Contests, Fashion Arena, Party planning, Parties, Popularity statistics, and more.
Here’s what’s new:
**New Features:**
– **Beauty Pageant:** Compete with other ladies or judge them to earn Dollars, which increase as you level up.
– **Beauty Pageant Energy (Blue Energy):** Used for judging; it recharges as usual.
– **Beauty Pageant Tickets:** Earned through judging; used for pageant duels.
– **Boutique:** Access old collections for free every week, with options to unlock them for purchase.
– **Archive:** Store less-used clothes and retrieve them entirely back to your wardrobe.
– **Favorites:** Mark up to 10 favorite clothing items for easy access.
– **Contests:** Includes weekly Fashion Arena and Beauty Pageant contests, alongside a Monthly Podium that ranks players based on votes.
– **Leagues:** Created to provide better rewards for higher-level players.
– **Emerald Dust:** Collect 10 to form a full Emerald; earned from losing duels or playing Lucky Cards.
**Changes to Existing Features:**
– **Fashion Arena:** Now focuses on rewarding Emeralds and Experience points. Dollars are no longer part of the prize, and they can’t be stolen from losing players.
– **Apartment Income:** Claimable up to 24 hours, stops generating until collected.
– **Party Planning:** Enhanced usability; limited to six parties a day with no overlapping.
– **Engagement and Wedding Parties:** Reduced to 4 hours with new individual and group missions, offering Fashion points as rewards.
– **Limited Collections:** Purchasable with Emeralds and Diamonds only.
– **Events:** Revamped economics with new events on the horizon.
– **Mall:** Items are bought with Dollars, organized into easy-to-navigate categories.
– **Wardrobe:** Updated look with color filters for simpler browsing.
– **Boyfriends:** Simplified for smoother gameplay progression.
– **Popularity Statistics:** Improved icons and easier understanding, offering greater benefits like earning more Emeralds. Costs stabilize after 100 levels.
– **Energy Packs:** Automatically transformed into Beauty Pageant Energy packs and automatically consumed.
**Removed Features:**
– **Supermodels, Jobs, Photo Sessions, Star House, Piggy Bank, and Apartment Contest:** These features are no longer available, with leftover inventory items being reimbursed.
